When I planned my scuba diving trip to Con Dao, I was picturing beautiful coral reefs. And don't get me wrong, they were amazing. But then I saw something on Amadive Con Dao's dive list: **Diving a Sunken Wreck**. My pulse jumped. This wasn't just a standard dive; this was adventure into the past.

I have to admit, I was a bit nervous. Diving a wreck requires extra care. But the team at **Amadive** was incredible. The PADI guides gave us an excellent safety briefing. We discussed our safety procedures, the history of the wreck, and what we would see. The fact we were in a small group instantly put me at ease safe.

Going down was unforgettable. At first, it's a dark shape in the blue, then suddenly it came into view. It is massive. It's now a bustling new home, covered in soft corals and teeming with marine life. We saw big groupers peeking from inside the cargo hold, and lionfish hiding in the cracks. The feeling of swimming alongside this giant, silent structure was indescribable—haunting, beautiful, and humbling all at once. It truly website is a time capsule under the water.

If you're an Open Water diver (or higher) visiting Con Dao and looking for an adventure more the usual reef dive, I recommend this **Con Dao wreck dive** enough. It was the absolute highlight of my Vietnam trip. A massive shout-out to the **Amadive** team for their professionalism and for making this incredible adventure so memorable.
